Job Description
Summary Project manages large, complex benefits delivery systems projects. Directs the activities of outsourced benefits services providers and downstream carriers to incorporate new requirements and conduct annual enrollments and special enrollment events.Oversees Workday Leaves of Absence operations including leave status and pay integrations. Provides support for a variety of Workday HCM/Compensation projects, including M&A systems integrations.
Accountabilities - Direct the activities of outsourced benefits services provider, operationalizing requirements and leads testing. Oversees benefits interfaces to Health & Welfare and Leaves administrator, including payroll interfaces of deductions
- Leads steady state benefits projects
- Vendor manages HR outsourced benefits administrator
- Provides support for a variety of Workday HCM/Compensation projects, including M&A systems integrations, Annual Compensation Planning.
Skills - Ability to effectively interact with the Benefits and other HR COEs in gathering requirements
- Ability to team with Workday payroll, HCM, Compensation, HRIT and Service Delivery SMEs
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Workday HCM/Compensation functionality
Experience - 5+ years of experience in leading benefits systems projects and services management for large, complex organizations
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience with mergers and acquisitions including benefits system integration
- General knowledge of Workday HCM/Compensation functionality and projects
- Experience managing external vendor activities and projects
