Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the organization. This role will ensure the efficient and safe operation of all processes and procedures, while also implementing continuous improvements to increase production and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and develop a team of operations employees

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of operations, safety regulations, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a production environment is preferred
