Job Summary

If you’re interested in a Mid Level Administrative Assistant, then this is the best role for you. Administrative Assistant are responsible for scheduling appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.

Job Description

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision while also working within an autonomous team.

Skills Required

• 4-6 Years of Experience.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Planning and time management, multitasking, working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and monitor information and think result orientated.  

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Shift: 7:00 AM

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $15.00 to $23.00 per hour based on qualifications.
