Job Description



As host of all hosts, you will be responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. The ideal candidate must love providing the ultimate customer service while paying close attention to detail while working within a fast paced environment.

  • Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
  • Clean and sanitize all Spa + Fitness areas including treatment rooms, locker rooms, bath rooms, fitness center, common areas, sauna, steam rooms and relaxation areas
    • Sweep and mop all floors
    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces
    • Clean windows and glass surfaces
  • Stock and replenish all items in Spa & Fitness areas including robes, towels, sandals, amenity items, sanitary items, beverages and snacks
  • Maintain spa ambiance by arranging towels, cushions, water, tea and amenities attractively
  • Maintain Spa & Fitness back storage areas by keeping them cleaned and organized
  • Ensure all equipment in the Fitness Center is operational and cleaned 
  • Report any maintenance and safety issues to Spa Leadership
  • Ensure Movement Studio equipment is organized and presentable
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests 
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness 
  • Ability to move, stand, bend and lift throughout the shift 
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
