Job Description

Title:  Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Crownpoint Community School, Crownpoint, NM
Schedule: 7 hours per day, 1-2 days per week, 9 months in the school year
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Speech Language Pathology services to six identified students.
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress assessment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to occupational therapy services in a school setting.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist certified in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Speech Language Pathology.
