As Training Specialist, you will investigate, evaluate, develop, and implement internal and external training programs to meet the changing and evolving needs of the Order Management Process (OMP) and E&T organization.



Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize specialized system and/or process training needs to our global extended teams and business partners in OMP
  • Establish training program requirements and obtain support for these programs.
  • Serve as an instructor/facilitator of OMP training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate global manufacturing and internal staff training
  • Coordinate and facilitate global dealer training
  • Develop and distribute communications
  • Facilitate various internal and external surveys along with data analysis
  • Support ticket analysis and reporting

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
