We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned property on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or other irregularities.

2. Monitor CCTV: Observe and monitor CCTV cameras to identify potential security threats and respond accordingly.

3. Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and take necessary actions to resolve the situation.

4. Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

5. Maintain Records: Accurately document incidents, accidents, and security-related events in the security logbook or using electronic reporting systems.

6. Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed to ensure effective incident response and resolution.

7. Enforce Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with and enforce client policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

1. Age: 18 years or older

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent

3. License/Certification: Valid security guard license or certification (where required)

4. Training: Completion of a state-approved security training program (where required)

5. Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (an asset)

6. Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and respond quickly to emergencies

7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

8. Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and screening process
