UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI outputs within applications to enhance user experience.
- Develop predefined prompts to achieve desired outputs.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand their needs and challenge assumptions by asking "why."
- Conduct high-fidelity design work in Figma for planning and estimation applications.
- Build out workflows and create annotated handoff documents for developers (note: no development or coding experience is required).
- Track work in Jira, participating in bi-weekly sprints.
- Engage heavily with the business to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research and design.
- Strong background in both UI design and user research.
- Experience in product development and workflow mapping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true people person.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
