Join our team as a Voice Data Entry Agent and become a key member of our Data Enrichment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing data quality for our clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

What You Will Do:

Handle both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on professionalism and customer service.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases for accuracy.
Review and complete defined Enrichment Tasks according to client guidelines.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, board certifications, and follow up with state boards as necessary.
Ensure tasks are executed with timeliness and precision.
Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work in both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service fields is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Available for a 40-hour workweek starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, capable of handling process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable with a work-from-home setup and equipped with a stable internet connection.
Proficient with computer applications; tech-savvy candidates are preferred.
