Job Description

Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems. Must have 8 years of operational experience as a 352N in support of In support of authorized Intelligence Activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. - Experience in full spectrum SIGINT Operations. - Experience in the following areas; preparation of staff papers and briefings, performance of technical training management, collection synchronization, direction finding fundamentals, SIGINT resources, TROJAN project, IBOS systems communications, security documentation, accreditation documentation, classification procedures, command language program development, Army Electronic Warfare Systems and Signals Intelligence Technology Insertions. - Contractor must have honorably served in the military in an MI Officer or MI Warrant Officer MOS and successfully completed Military Education Level 3 (ILE/WOILE). - The contractor must possess experience related to the current doctrine of the attendant MOS (either 350F, 350G, 351L, 351M, 352N, 352S, or 353T); this will include recent changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations, and current DoD Directives relating to the Operations of the assigned MOS. - The contractor must be considered a subject matter expert within the assigned MI Officer MI Warrant Officer MOS. - The contractor should be conversant with National level strategic guidance documents (NSS, NDS, NMS, etc...) and how these impact operational requirements. - The contractor should have detailed knowledge of U.S. Code/ titles/ authorities and operational/functional relationships within the Joint, Inter-Agency, Inter-Governmental and Multinational (JIIM) construct as well as know the roles and responsibilities of National Security Organizations and Inter-agency and Inter-organizational considerations. - The contractor should have a working knowledge of Army processes for distributing equipment and personnel, the Sustainment Readiness Model, Force Management Strategy and the basics of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE). - The contractor should have a solid understanding of Mission Essential Training List development, Institutional and Operational training resources, Component (COMPO) 2 (National Guard) and COMPO 3 (Reserve) integration into operations as well as instruction on WO Professional Development Programs. It would be helpful to have a background in Intelligence support to cyber operations, Intelligence support to Joint Operations, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE), Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Joint Targeting. - The contractor should be able to discuss WO utilization and assignments by exploring MI Warrant Officer duty positions and supporting certifications, training, and experience required to be successful in those duty positions as well as mentorship from both mentor and protégé perspectives. - The contractor should be knowledgeable of TRADOC core functions to develop concepts to lead Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS). - The contractor should be able to illustrate how future forces will operate, describe the capabilities required to carry out a range of military operations against adversaries in the expected joint operational environment, and how a commander, using military art and science, might employ these capabilities to achieve desired effects and objectives. - The contractor should be able to identify and verify acceptable solutions for required changes in DOTMLPF to achieve significant advances in current and future capabilities as well as assess capabilities to identify gaps and develop integrated DOTMLPF requirements to resolve or mitigate those gaps. - The contractor should be a subject matter expert on how the Army operates - from fundamental principles to tactics, techniques, and procedures used in specific operations and missions within the intelligence field. - The contractor should be able to conduct extensive research to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information to enable writing, graphics production, editing and tempting of the MI Warrant Officer Training Branch Courseware. - The contractor should be able to develop firm relationships with government and Training Development and Support (TD&S) staff as well as external organizations to assist with the course validation process. - The contractor should be able to write, edit, and develop technical documents in standard American English grammar. \#ANSDefense #MOIP # WOTBHTASC
